Everett Cuskaden is an attorney with over 35 years of experience. Formerly, a Deputy Attorney General with the State of Hawaii, Mr. Cuskaden has also served as a Commissioner on the State Land Use Commission, a Special Master for the Family Court, and in 2004, President of the Family Law Section. He has helped people as an attorney, as a Per Diem Judge (Hawaii), and Arbitrator in civil cases and as a mediator. He also served in the Army Reserve, retiring as a Captain.

Education and Honors: Ohio University (B.S.); University of Denver (J.D.); participant/graduate of numerous seminars and continuing educational courses, one of the latest being the mediation seminar sponsored and taught by James Melamed, a nationally acclaimed Mediator and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution (Pepperdine University School of Law).

Bar Admittances: Licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Hawaii Federal District Court and all State of Hawaii courts. Formerly Deputy Attorney General, Commissioner of the State Land Use Commission, Special Master for the Family Court and, Court Designated Arbitrator.
